Inside Look: SCP Security ARREST'S TWO SUSPECTS AND RECOVEReD A POSITIVE VEHICLE.
At around 12 noon, a suspicious vehicle was reported outside a property on preller drive in Roosevelt Park.
On arrival, it was confirmed the vehicle had just left. After a brief description was given to our officers, and within minutes, the vehicle was quickly tracked down at the Engen garage on Milner Ave, Albertskroon.
Our tactical response team approached the vehicle to investigate and two suspects jumped out the vehicle and fled on foot into the nearby residential area.
The SCP Security officers were quick on their feet, a short chase ensued and within minutes the 2 suspects were apprehended and detained on Meyer St, Albertville.
The suspects were escorted back to the vehicle.
Further investigation revealed the vehicle was a wanted vehicle with a positive theft case number and Sophiatown SAPS were contacted to attend the scene.
Two suspects were taken into custody and the vehicle was towed by SAPS for further processing and to be booked into the SAP13 at the aeroton vehicle pound.
