At around 9am this morning an emergency call from an SCP Security Client was receieved about a w/male stuck on the side of a mountain below Lebombo Ave, Quellerina due to injuries. He was threatening to jump and we believe he already tried jumping but failed injuring himself. He was shouting for help and it was unclear as to how he got there and what was wrong but his mental state was not of clear mind.
SCP Private Fire Search and Rescue Truck was dispatched along with the GTP Chopper for assistance.
Within 1hr we managed to secure the intoxicated male and remove him from mountain side safely. The male required medical treatment due to his mental state and other issues.
Help24 Ambulance transported the patient to a hospital facility.
Relationships in this industry is key, within 15minutes from the call we had SCP Security first on scene along with our Private Fire, Search and Rescue Crew as well as the GTP Chopper who rendered unbelievable assistance
A Huge Thank you to Chief George, The amazing pilot Zhané Nel and Crew Maphikela nicknamed "Poison" from GTP who assisted us both on the ground and from the air.
Together we saved another human life this morning.
