Housebreaking Suspect Arrested By SCP Security In Roosevelt Park.
At around 01h30 our Control Room received a call from a resident on Anreith Str, Roosevelt Park bordering Linden stating a suspect is on their property, Several SCP Security Armed Reaction vehicles were dispatched to the property and the suspect was spotted in the residents yard. The suspect upon seeing the response jumped into multiple neighboring properties in a bid to escape/evade arrest.
The suspect later returned to the property in an attempt to retrieve the stolen goods but was seen by the resident on their CCTV cameras. The resident notified our control room that the suspect was back and SCP Security being quick on their feet, cornered and apprehended the suspect swiftly by surrounding the property and neighboring properties on arrival.
All Stolen goods were recovered including a bicycle.
The suspect has been responsible for several break-ins in the Roosevelt Park and Linden areas for the past Months where his modus operandi is to "Jump Walls" gain entry and flee with electronics, bicycles, clothing, shoes or jewellery. The suspect claims to reside in the Linden area on a property of which Linden SAPS and the SCP Security Task team are following up.
