At 15:00 today, our control room was alerted to an incident involving a fallen tree on Joseph Avenue in Northcliff. Recognizing the potential hazard to both pedestrians and motorists, our team was promptly mobilized to address the situation.
Upon arrival at the scene, our team conducted a thorough assessment to ensure the safety of all individuals in the vicinity. With the necessary precautions in place, we proceeded to clear the tree from the roadway. The operation was carried out efficiently and safely, minimizing disruption to the surrounding area.
Once the tree was removed, the area was inspected to confirm that it was fully secure and free from any additional hazards. The road was promptly reopened, allowing traffic to resume normal flow. We remain committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of the community and will continue to respond swiftly to any incidents that may arise.
