Bleeding Patient Assisted By SCP Security, Bystander, ER24 & NetCare911 outside Shopping Centre

At approximately 10:43, our Control Room received a report of a medical emergency involving an elderly male who had suffered a seizure, resulting in a fall and a laceration to his chin at the Northcliff Corner Shopping Centre. An SCP Security Reaction Officer was immediately dispatched to the scene.

Upon arrival, the officer—assisted by a bystander—promptly administered first aid to control the bleeding. Given the severity of the situation, ER24 & Netcare 911 were notified and responded without delay.

The patient exhibited significant disorientation and distress. Contact was made with his wife, who arrived shortly thereafter. The paramedics conducted an on-site assessment, stabilized the patient, and prepared him for transport.

SCP Security personnel remained on-site, providing support until the patient was safely transferred to the ambulance. The situation was resolved efficiently, and all responding teams have since stood down.
