ER24 EMERGENcy
SCP SECURITY CLIENTS HAVE ACCESS TO PREFERENTIAL DISPATCH OF ER24 TEAMS WITH AN AVERAGE RESPONSE TIME OF 4 to 6 MINUTES FOR A MEDICAL EMERGENCY.
SCP Security has partnered with ER24 to provide their clients with Emergency Medical Care.

In the event of a medical emergency, all SCP Security clients can request us to contact ER24 for an ambulance. The ER24 teams will provide initial onsite treatment to stabilise the patient for transport to the hospital.

Please note that SCP Security is not liable or accountable for your further hospital treatments. Note that your Medical Aid will still be charged by ER24.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL INFORMATION
We recommend that you submit or update your Emergency Medical Information via email or the submission form alongside. Your information will be safely connected to your client file in our system in the control room.
This information must be updated should there be a change of Medical Aid provider or change of scheme.

Please note that should this information not be available during an emergency, or should you have no medical aid plan or hospital scheme in place, ER24 will get you to the nearest available Government hospital.

Remember, the ER24 service is for SCP Security clients ONLY.
ER24 AND SCP SECURITY TELEGRAM APP
As from the 1st of December 2017, only clients of SCP Security will be admitted to the Telegram network. Non-clients who are already on, can stay on but only clients will have the benefit of ER24 and when needed, have priority with our SCP security services.
